As Bomber Bob you are flying the escort plane to accompany a battle ship on its way to its destination, and during the trip it is your task to fight off any enemy airplanes that have come to bomb the ship, and avoid getting shot down in the process yourself!
While shooting the enemy planes down you have to avoid getting hit by their missiles, as well as avoid them flying over the ship, because if they do they will unload their bombs, and when the ship sinks it is all over! And if that is not bad enough, wave after wave the enemy aircrafts will be increasing in number, making it very hard to avoid enemy fire!
Using the arrow keys and spacebar to fly and shoot, you have to take down any plane in the air. Fortunately you can fire much faster than them; unfortunately they outnumber you at an ongoing rate!
There are no second chances in Bomber Bob, and when you crash it is game over, when they sink your ship, it is game over. No extra lives to be gained in this action game!
